• Real images of products will always be posted. Please check these images carefully before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. If no real image is posted, it is because the product looks exactly as displayed.

• We have a full refund policy for damaged or faulty products, as well as items that do not match the product image. To qualify, you must contact us with an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product. No video, no refund. Pictures are not accepted. If we approve the refund, the item must be returned to us within 5 working days

• For pickup, please arrange to collect your order within 5 days of receiving the text message. If no arrangement is made for pickup and no communication is received, I will be forced to relist the item for sale to someone else, and no refund will be issued to the original buyer.

• Shipping will be via standard delivery (3-5 business days). Additional charges may apply for rural areas.
